Modern methods. Gentle care. Real results.

Six Techniques, One Goal: Your Best Health
Select a technique below to learn how it works and how it can help you feel better, move better, and live better.
The Zone Technique
The Zone Technique is based on the teaching of Dr. Peter Goldman, who identified six essential body systems or zones that work together to keep you healthy: the eliminative, glandular, nervous, digestive, muscular, and circulatory zones.
Each zone is governed by a corresponding brain center. When communication between the brain and any of these centers is disrupted, health problems can develop. By locating specific head points linked to the six brain centers, Dr. Tyler pinpoints where the imbalance lies.
Treatment is directed at restoring that communication, encouraging the body's own healing response and bringing it back into balance.

The Activator Method
The Activator is a small, spring-loaded handheld instrument that delivers a precise, low-force impulse to targeted points on the spine and body. Because it acts so quickly, the surrounding muscles don't have time to tighten up and resist, which means the adjustment is both effective and incredibly gentle.
There's no twisting, bending, or cracking involved. The amount of pressure used is comparable to having your reflexes tested, making it a great option for patients who prefer a lighter touch or who may be sensitive to manual manipulation.

Torque Release Technique (TRT)
TRT is a non-invasive approach to addressing spinal subluxations, meaning areas where misalignment disrupts the nervous system's ability to function at its best. Rather than relying on manual joint manipulation, TRT works by restoring tone and balance to the Central Nervous System (CNS).
When the CNS is functioning properly, the nerves can communicate clearly with the brain and spinal cord and the body can do what it was designed to do: heal itself.
Patients have experienced meaningful improvement in conditions such as chronic pain, neuropathy, sciatica, neck and back pain, as well as digestive issues, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, and scoliosis.

Classic Chiropractic Adjustment
When most people picture a chiropractic visit, they imagine manual spinal manipulation, and for good reason. The classic, hands-on adjustment has stood the test of time as one of the most effective approaches for improving spinal motion and restoring proper physical function.
Also called a "full spine" adjustment, this technique uses Dr. Tyler's hands to apply controlled, precise pressure to specific areas of the spine. The familiar cracking or popping sound you may hear is simply the release of gas from the joint, a natural sign that the spine is moving the way it should.

Movement & Stretching Care
Recovery isn't just about adjustments. It's also about building the strength and mobility your body needs to stay well. During your first visit, after a thorough history and exam, Dr. Tyler introduces a gentle adjustment and walks you through targeted exercises designed to support your healing.
These aren't generic stretches. They're focused movements designed to build functional strength and reinforce the progress made during your adjustments, helping you get results faster and feel stronger after every visit.
Many patients leave their first appointment feeling better than when they arrived.
